Multipot Recipe
Yaki Udon
Udon, beef, and vegetables pressure-cook together for just 2 minutes, then get tossed in a savory sauce and topped with bonito flakes and egg.
Ingredients
- 1 serving udon noodles
- 2–3 handfuls beef short plate (beef belly)
- Cabbage, to taste
- Green onions, carrots, onion
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 3 eggs
- Bonito flakes, for topping
- 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon syrup
- A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
1

Place the beef short plate in the multi-pot.
2

Add the udon, cabbage, chopped vegetables, garlic, and all the sauce ingredients.
3

Close the lid and pressure cook (high) for 2 minutes, then quick release. Fry or soft-boil the eggs separately while it cooks.
4

Mix well so the sauce coats the noodles, plate it, and top with bonito flakes and the eggs.
